For those homes damaged by Hurricane Irene, all construction fees will be waived until June 30, 2012, for restoration work to restore your house to the condition it was in before the Hurricane. Upgrades that were not in the home before the Hurricane do not qualify for the waiver. These upgrades will be charged the same fee as for other non disaster related work.
