The Zoning Board of Adjustment reviews all applications for relief from provisions of the Zoning Ordinance. The Board's principal duties are to hear appeals, grant variances and rule on "use" applications.
The Zoning Board is comprised of seven regular members and two alternates appointed by the Township Council. All Board Members are Township residents. The Board reviews subdivisions and site plans with variances.

The regularly scheduled meetings of the Board of Adjustment are held at 7:30 pm at the Municipal Building of the Township located at 1001 Parsippany Boulevard, Parsippany.
Any individual who is a qualified disabled person under the American with Disabilities Act may request auxiliary aids such as a sign interpreter or a tape recorder to be used for a meeting. Auxiliary aids must be requested at least 72 hours prior to the meeting date. Please call (973) 263-4358 to make a request for an auxiliary aid.
