The Parsippany-Troy Hills Housing Division is responsible for the enforcement of Chapter 213 of the Housing & Property Maintenance Code which includes all single family rental properties and all apartments in Parsippany.The Code regulates care of the exterior of properties as well as maintenance of the interior of all living quarters.

The Division of Housing inspects properties for compliance with the Code and responds to complaints regarding property maintenance. Violators will be notified of infractions and will be instructed to correct them. Failure to do so could result in a summons to appear in court.
