The Department of Administration directs, facilitates and assists municipal departments and agencies in the delivery of services in the most cost effective and efficient manner to serve residents, businesses and visitors.

Marc E. Seemon, MPA
Marc was born in Elizabeth, NJ to parents Larry and Maria Seemon, was raised in North Plainfield, NJ and attended Union Catholic Regional High School in Scotch Plains, NJ. During his years at Union Catholic he was a captain on the Track & Field team, a member of the Student Council and achieved the rank of Eagle Scout. In the summers he would work as a lifeguard at the Berkeley Heights Community Pool where he was also a captain of their diving team. He graduated from Montclair State University with a Major in Political Science and Minor in Public Administration and was a member of both the Swimming & Diving and Track & Field teams and coached the Nomahegan Swim Club's Diving Team in Westfield, NJ in the summers. He earned his Masters in Public Administration with a concentration in Budgeting and Financial Management from Rutgers University.
Marc brings to the Township an extensive career in local, city and county government holding the following positions:
- Deputy City Clerk - City of Clifton, NJ
- Assistant Borough Administrator/Grants Administrator - Borough of Waldwick, NJ
- Acting Borough Clerk - Borough of Leonia, NJ
- Borough Administrator – Borough of Midland Park, NJ
- Deputy County Administrator - Passaic County, NJ
- Business Administrator - City of Paterson, NJ
Marc lives in Wayne, NJ with his wife Morgan, two daughters, Penelope and Natalie, and their dog Oakley.
