The Township of Parsippany-Troy Hills is committed to providing superior service to our residents, and as part of this commitment, we need to periodically change out our water meters per Township Ordinance 420-9 Service.  For Phase 1 of our Water Meter Replacement Program the Township Water Department has contracted with National Metering Services, Inc. to change out meters for those residents who live in the highlighted areas (colored in yellow, blue, green and orange) in the attached map.  Residents who have not had their water meters changed under this program should expect to receive a follow-up letter from the Township’s authorized contractor, National Metering Services, Inc., regarding details of the program and how to make an appointment.
