NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, in accordance with the requirements of P.L. 2025, c. 72, the Township of Parsippany-Troy Hills provides the following public statement regarding the posting, publication, and accessibility of all municipal legal notices:

All legal notices issued by the Township of Parsippany-Troy Hills – including notices of meetings, ordinances, public hearings, bids and procurement matters, and other items required by law - shall be published on the Township’s official website: www.parsippany.net, whereby the complete text of each legal notice may be obtained or viewed and will be available to the public free of charge.

Pursuant to P.L. 2025, c. 72, the validity of any Township legal notice shall not be impaired due to clerical, administrative, or technical errors; website outages; cyber incidents; or other disruptions that are beyond the Township’s control.

This notice is issued by the Township of Parsippany-Troy Hills to satisfy the compliance requirements of P.L. 2025, c. 72, and shall be posted on the Township’s official website.
