On Wednesday, June 3, 2026 Navigating Hope will be bringing their outreach van to the Senior Community Center, 1130 Knoll Rd., Lake Hiawatha, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Navigating Hope is a partnership between Morris County Human Services and Family Promise of Morris County that utilizes an outreach van to provide case management, advocacy, and a variety of services including SNAP benefits, Healthcare/ Medicaid, WIC and more.
