PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT: Quinn Rozanitis in Application No. 26:46, has applied to the Board of Adjustment to construct a detached garage, covered pool/bar structure, driveway expansion, walks, pool and coping, pool patio, filter equipment & pad, retaining wall(s) & 4 ft. high fence(s) contrary to Sec. 430-35 Col. 13 and any other variances that may be required.

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE THAT: Wednesday, November 11, 2026 at 7:30 PM or as soon thereafter as the matter may be reached at the Municipal Building in Council Chambers located at 1001 Parsippany Boulevard, Routes 46 & 202, which has been set as the time and place to hold Public Hearing on said application.

Interest parties may appear at said time and place and be heard concerning said application and all matters pertaining thereto.  A copy of the map has been filed in the Office of the Secretary of the Board for public inspection during regular working hours.
