ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $2,000,000 AVAILABLE IN THE PFAS LITIGATION FUND TO PROVIDE FOR THE 2026 WATER TANK IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT BY THE TOWNSHIP OF PARSIPPANY-TROY HILLS

Notice is hereby given that the above-entitled ordinance was regularly, duly and finally passed at a meeting of the Township Council of the Township of Parsippany-Troy Hills in the County of Morris, State of New Jersey, held on October 20, 2026 and approved by the Mayor on the 23^rd  of October 2026
