NOTICE TO BIDDERS

Sealed bids will be received by the Purchasing Agent of the Township of Parsippany-Troy Hills, in the County of Morris at the Purchasing Office, Municipal Building, 1001 Parsippany Blvd., Parsippany, New Jersey, 07054, on FRIDAY, JANUARY 30, 2026 at 10:00AM prevailing time, at which time and place bids will be opened and read in public for:

LEASE OF TOWNSHIP PROPERTY KNOWN AS BLOCK 728, LOT 5 (220 TROY ROAD) ON THE TAX MAP FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A SELF-SUPPORTING WIRELESS TELECOMMUNICATIONS 130’ MONOPOLE

A non-refundable fee of $75.00 will be required for each set of Bid Documents. Checks should be made payable to the “Township of Parsippany-Troy Hills.”

Bid Documents may be obtained from the Purchasing Office at the above location during regular business hours from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM daily, except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

All bids must be enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the bidder and the words “Lease of Township Property Known As Block 728, Lot 5.” Bid proposals must be addressed to the Township of Parsippany-Troy Hills, 1001 Parsippany Blvd., Parsippany, NJ 07054, Attention: Purchasing Agent. Delivery of bids must be in person, by overnight courier, or by mail. No bids will be accepted is they arrive after the date and time specified.

All bids must be submitted on forms for that purpose to be obtained from Purchasing Agent.

Bid proposals are for the lease of Township property known as Block 728, Lot 5 on the Tax Map of the Township of Parsippany for the project identified as: Land lease for the construction of a self-supporting wireless telecommunications 130’ Monopole, capable of being extended 20’, and ancillary wireless telephone support equipment and structures with simultaneous leasing and co-location of up to 4 (four) wireless carriers at the same site, within an area of approximately 2500 square feet on the property known as Block 728, lot 5, Parsippany, New Jersey 07054.

Bidders are required to comply with requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq and N.J.A.C. 17:27. Bidders are also required to comply with the New Jersey Local Lands and Buildings Law, N.J.S.A. 40A:12-1 et seq.

The Township of Parsippany‑Troy Hills reserves the right to waive minor immaterial formalities in any proposal and to reject any or all proposals in accordance with applicable law.
