The Zoning Board hears appeals from zoning officer decisions and grants variances when strict application of the zoning ordinance creates undue hardship.
Responsibilities
- Hear appeals of zoning officer decisions
- Grant bulk and use variances
- Interpret the zoning map and ordinances
