The Township Council of the Township of Parsippany-Troy Hills will conduct a Public Hearing on Tuesday, April 7, 2026 at 7:00pm in the Council Chambers at the Town Hall, 1001 Parsippany Boulevard, Parsippany, NJ 07054 regarding the Township’s intent to enter into a public-private partnership contract in accordance with N.J.S.A. 58:26-23(g); 58:27-23(g) with Utility Service Group Water Solutions, LLC for a Full Service Water Storage Tank Asset Rehabilitation, Management and Maintenance Program.
