NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed qualifications will be received by the Purchasing Office, for the Township of Parsippany-Troy Hills, County of Morris, State of New Jersey on Tuesday, JUNE 2, 2026, 10:00am prevailing time at 1001 Parsippany Boulevard, Parsippany, New Jersey at which time and place qualifications will be opened in the Council Chambers and publicly read for:

PRE-QUALIFICATION FOR THE CRAFTSMANS FARMS WHITE COTTAGE PHASE 2 REHABILITATION PROJECT

A non-mandatory walk-through for interested contractors will be held on Friday, May 22, 2026 at 9:00am onsite at 2352 Route 10 West, Morris Plains, NJ 07950.

The Pre-Qualification Regulations package can be obtained by request by emailing the Purchasing Department at purchasing@parsippany.net beginning on May 15, 2026.

Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq.
