Zoning Division

Staffed with a full time zoning officer, the Zoning Division is responsible for overseeing the administration and enforcement of all zoning regulations and ordinances. The Zoning Officer is required to review each application for proposed projects to assure that the project is in compliance with those laws.

Decision Appeals
Residents and township businesses can appeal decisions made by the Zoning Officer or apply for variances before the Board of Adjustment.
