The Division of Construction Code Inspection and Enforcement is responsible for enforcing the state Uniform Construction Code (N.J.A.C. 5:23) and other pertinent Township Ordinances for all regulated construction within the Township of Parsippany-Troy Hills. The Division is made up of five Subcodes, Building, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire and Elevator. Projects may include one or more Subcodes.
- Processing applications and plan review
- Issuing construction permits
- Issuing violations/penalties
- Performing required inspections for code compliance
- Issuing the proper certificate once the project has been completed
